Who Done It? Syrian War Ceasefire: Russia and Oposition Allege Truce Breaches

Map showing territorial control in the Syrian conflict (23 February 2016)

So, there seems to have been a nasty little incident overnight in North Raqqa, Syria, near a little town called Tal Abyad.  This is what the BBC had to say this morning:

"The truce in Syria has been violated nine times in the past 24 hours, says Russia, but is otherwise holding.A temporary cessation of hostilities was agreed as part of a US-Russian plan and is now in its second day.Reports say warplanes have attacked villages to the west of Aleppo. It it is unclear whether the planes were Russian or Syrian. The truce is the first major cessation of hostilities in the five years of war which have killed more than 250,000.Millions more have been forced from their homes.Humanitarian agencies are hoping to deliver aid to besieged areas of the country. Some activists say the target of the air strikes near Aleppo was the al-Qaeda-linked Nusra Front. The truce involves Syrian government and rebel forces, but not the so-called Islamic State group (IS) or the Nusra Front, so an attack on them would not count as a ceasefire breach. But the villages also contain fighters from the Western-backed opposition as territorial control in Syria is often blurred, says the BBC's Mark Lowen on the Turkish border,Meanwhile Russia says it has detected a cross-border attack from Turkey near Tal Abyad and has asked the US to investigate. The US military told the BBC that it had continued to attack IS targets in Syria on Saturday, including 10 strikes near Tal Abyad. "

Russia is claiming that Turkey was responsible, and that the targets were actually the KURDS, and not ISIS.  According to Russia Today (RT):

(RT) "The Russian ceasefire monitoring center near Latakia says it is verifying reports of an attack on the Kurdish town Tell Abyad in northern Syria carried out by militants coming from Turkey.
Leading world powers have brokered a shaky ceasefire in some parts of Syria, which is expected to be observed by all parties expect hardcore Islamist fighters of IS and Nusra Front. Russia has requested clarification from the US-run counterpart of the center based in Amman, citing its influence on Turkey, a member of the US-led coalition fighting the Islamic State terrorist group, the general said.
The reports came overnight and claim that the forces coming from Turkey are using heavy artillery, according to Lt. Gen. Sergey Kuralenko, who heads the center for Syrian reconciliation.“This information was verified though multiple channels, including representatives of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), [a rebel alliance that includes Kurds, Arabs and other ethnic groups and operates in the region],” he said.Turkey is currently leading a crackdown on Kurdish militias from the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which it considers a terrorist organization.
While the crackdown is focus on predominantly Kurdish regions in south-eastern Turkey, the clashes occasionally spill across the border into regions of Syria and Iraq held by Kurds.Kurdish militias in Iraq and Syria are one of the few forces on that successfully opposed the spread of Islamic State and have been supported by the US. Ankara criticized Washington's attitude, saying America should chose between the Kurds and the Turks."

Arab new sources such as ARA News, have reported on this incident this morning, claiming that ISIS made the attacks coming from the region of the Turkey-Northern Syria Border:

(ARA News) "TEL ABYAD – With the start of a U.N.-sponsored two-week ceasefire in Syria, militant fighters of the Islamic State (ISIS) launched a fierce offensive on areas held by Kurdish forces of the People’s Protection Units (YPG) on the border with Turkey, military sources reported on Saturday.

ISIS militants attacked Kurdish positions in the vicinity of Tel Abyad city north of Raqqa province, using car bombs and mortar fire.
“The terror group attacked YPG headquarters in Tel Abyad from two directions. The offensive started in the midnight on Saturday where ISIS launched mortar shells from its strongholds in Raqqa on the Kurdish positions in Tel Abyad, while several car bombs hit the YPG checkpoints in eastern Tel Abyad coming from the Turkish border-line,” the YPG leadership said in a statement.
Speaking to ARA News in Tel Abyad, YPG spokesman Hebun Osman said that scores of Kurdish fighters were killed and injured during the attacks.
The source confirmed that the ISIS-led offensive hit YPG security checkpoints and headquarters in Tel Abyad and five nearby villages, including Sharghrat, Kantari, Nastleh, Ghuwera and Qantrah.
“Daesh terrorists have taken advantage of the current ceasefire in Syria and attacked our headquarters in this area,” Osman said, using an acronym for ISIS. “Our forces were eventually able to repel the attack on Tel Abyad after clashes with the militants.”
However, ISIS fighters captured main parts of the villages of Hamam al-Turkman and Mastal near Tel Abyad city after Saturday’s offensive, the YPG official said.
The Kurdish YPG forces had recaptured the strategic city of Tel Abyad on the border with Turkey in June, subsequent to fierce battles against ISIS militants. Liberating Tel Abyad and its countryside caused a state of alert among ISIS militants, especially for its location in northern Raqqa –the group’s de facto capital in Syria.

Top Islamist leader in Syria says Kurds being used by U.S., Russia and Assad regime - ARA News -
“The YPG forces are merely a tool in the hands of the Assad regime, Russia and the United States,” Al-Muhajir argued. “U.S. and Russia drop weapons to the Kurdish forces in order to increase chaos on the ground. We have seen how Russian warplanes dropped weapons and other military supplies to the YPG in order to obstacle our progress against the regime’s forces in different areas, including Sheikh Maqsoud district in Aleppo.”Al-Muhajir said that the Kurdish units have recently cut off the rebels’ supply route in Aleppo. “Now they (Kurds) are seizing control of villages and towns in the vicinity of Azaz city. The YPG is also preparing itself to storm the towns of Nubul and Zahra in Aleppo countryside. We (Islamist brigades) are now in a collective war with the Kurds.”

The United States, Department of Defense, has confirmed that "they" through the Combined Joint Task Force, Operation Inherent Resolve have made attacks on ISIS at Tel Abyad.

DPD has reported that it is a confirmed fact that the United States (along with other countries) created,  funded, weaponized, and trained ISIS. THIS IS A FACT.  CLICK HERE to see proof.  Ask yourself this question why is the U.S. claiming that we attacked our own creation?  Does that make sense?

How do you square all the reports you read about the U.S. creating and funding ISIS with all the news reports and supposed "large operations and coalitions" then the same U.S coalitions turning around and fighting the entities THEY create?

Here is an article from Washingtons Blog about US/ISIS ties from May 2015:

"Judicial Watch has – for many years – obtained sensitive U.S. government documents through freedom of information requests and lawsuits.
The government just produced documents to Judicial Watch in response to a freedom of information suit which show that the West has long supported ISIS.   The documents were written by the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency on August 12, 2012 … years before ISIS burst onto the world stage.
Here are screenshots from the documents. We have highlighted the relevant parts in yellow:
ISIS1
Why is this important? It shows that extreme Muslim terrorists – salafists, Muslims Brotherhood, and AQI (i.e. Al Qaeda in Iraq) – have always been the “major forces driving the insurgency in Syria.”
This verifies what the alternative media has been saying for years: there aren’t any moderate rebels in Syria (and see thisthis and this).
The newly-declassified document continues:
ISIS 2
Yes, you read that correctly:
… there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what thesupporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime ….
In other words, the powers supporting the Syrian opposition – the West, our Gulf allies, and Turkeywanted an Islamic caliphate in order to challenge Syrian president Assad.
Sure, top U.S. generals – and vice president Vice President Joe Biden – have said that America’s closest allies support ISIS.  And mainstream American media have called for direct support of ISIS.
But the declassified DIA documents show that the U.S. and the West supported ISIS at its inception … as a way to isolate the Syrian government.  And see this.
This is a big deal.  A former British Army and Metropolitan Police counter-terrorism intelligence officer and a former MI5 officer confirm that the newly-released documents are a smoking gun.
This is a train wreck long in the making."

Listen to me very seriously:  The Main Stream Media and other STATE propaganda are not telling you the truth.  This includes the BBC (British state media), RT (Russian state run media), CNN and all US state run media.
The CODE WORD for Operation Gladio B is Operation Inherent Resolve.    If you are not familiar with this covert operation that has been going on since the end of World War 1 and possibly even earlier, then you should get familiar with it.  You will never understand what is really going on, unless you do.
Look at the nations involved in this covert Operation, even though on the face of it is just looks like the US Central Command and its COALITION.  These are serious buzzwords used to confuse and misdirect you.

BOTTOM LINE

I believe the U.S. is covering for Turkey/Erdogan right now, probably ready to remove him if he doesn't start towing the line.  NATO para forces installed Erdogan in the early 1980's.  He is a puppet for the WEST.  The U.S. gets into sticky situations because of the Turkish hatred for the Kurds and Erdogan's/regime outright defiance of allegence to the West.

The Kurds are being used by the WEST and Russia and have been for decades, as far back as the Iran/Iraq war.  But this Turkish/Kurdish conflict is what puts the U.S covert regime in a quagmire sometimes as you can see by the news reports presented above.  The U.S. has to say it was responsible for bombing ISIS in the Kurdish territory.  Do you really think the Coalition is out there trying to destroy their handmade puppet?  But they have to say they are.  And Ankara is going rouge.  Erdogan's days will be numbered if he keeps this up, and we know he will.  What will replace him, will be much, much worse.

Turkey bombed the Kurds.  US covered and said it was Operation Inherent Resolve (which includes Turkey) that attacked ISIS targets.  The Kurds are screaming foul play and are also considered a US ally.  What a mess....

Watch for the removal of Erdogan in the future;  it is coming.  They will offer him solace on some exotic island somewhere, never to be hear from again -or- these dark forces at work in the world, the real controllers of geopolitics, will remove him by military coup. This is my prediction.

I also think that Russia and the US may be covertly working together, as well, but I cannot confirm that right now.  This is my opinion.
